Here at Heras Home Furniture we appreciate your business and we want you to understand our shipping process prior to placing an order so you can know when to expect your parcel. Below is the exact step Heras Home Furniture Staff takes when processing your order.

 

Pending - Once you have made your payment, your order is placed in Pending Status. A Heras Home Furniture agent will review your order and verify that your info is valid and that the shipping address you provided .Once your order has been verified by a Heras Home Furniture agent, your order will be elevated to the next status. This process MAY (not always) take 1-2 business days.But it’s usually done under 24 hours

1.Processing - Your order has now been approved and we will now attempt to fill your order. This process can take 6-12 hours to complete. Once we have filled your order, the status will be elevated again.

2.Awaiting Tracking - we have processed the batch of orders that yours was in and sent it to the warehouse is about to ship either via CANPAR or FedEx.

 The warehouse then replies to us with the tracking information and once we receive that we will update the status of your order to "Shipped".

3.Shipped - At this point your order has been shipped and you have been provided with a tracking number.

 

Other Possible Statuses:


Cancelled
 - If your order status is "Cancelled" this is because we were unable to verify that your shipping address matches your billing address.

Returned - In the event that you request a return, once we receive your return we update the status of your order to Returned and then issue a full refund.
