100% Yes! Heras Home Furniture is a proud Canadian company. Our prices are listed in Canadian dollars and all our stock and shipping locations are located in Canada.
Heras Home Furniture does not maintain a showroom or a store, in order to provide you with the lowest prices online.
Orders shipping within Canada are automatically charged sales tax. We do not collect sales tax to orders shipping to USA. Please contact us if your organization is tax exempt, or if you are a resale customer with a valid seller’s permit.
Listed prices do not include taxes. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your province of residence: Québec residents pay GST and QST Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland residents pay HST British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, PEI, Nunavut, Northwest Territories and Yukon residents pay GST.
We sell only brand new furniture. The reason we can offer such great low prices is because we get them directly from the manufacturer. We also have great relationships with them and therefore got fantastic deals worked out.
Unfortunately, such samples are not available for our items.
There could be a number of reasons but here are two of the most common reasons: (a) Your ISP SPAM filters blocked our response from your Inbox. You will need to adjust these or check your "junk / spam" folder. This can be avoided in most cases by adding us (info@herashome.com) to your approved sender list. (b) You haven’t allowed sufficient time to pass so we can provide you with a response to your question(s). Most emails are responded to within 24-48 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays).
There is actually a difference. The shipment date is the date when the item leaves the manufacturer or the warehouse and transit is initiated with the carrier of choice (UPS, FedEx, USPS, Freight...). The delivery date is the date when it arrives at the premises of the customer/purchaser.
You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information as soon as your item(s) leaves the warehouse. You can also track your package in My Account by clicking here.

If another authorized dealership is lower, we want to know about it. We can do better! We also want you to know that internet sellers often have hidden charges that can cost you a lot. ! We are clear with our prices !

Although our products are carefully checked by the factory, there are very rare cases in which defect may occur. Please contact us for assistance with defective products. All of our products are covered by each manufacturer's individual warranty policy. Please note that it is up to each manufacturer as to how they want to resolve a defective issue. We reserve the right to request digital images of any items what are reported as defective. Digital images are required by the manufacturer and Heras Home Furniture in order to evaluate and prove the defect. Your cooperation and understanding is appreciated, as digital images are critical to be able to promptly resolve defect issues. Our costumer service representatives will do everything possible to resolve your situation as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 36 hours of processing time or more as we are working with the manufacturer.
Some of our furniture is assembled while some items will be quick and easy to assemble; which may vary from person to person, their skill and experience level. Heras Home Furniture is not responsible for any assembly problems. If you need assistance with assembly please contact the manufacturers directly. We are an online retail store only.Our sales office is located in Burnaby, BC Canada. We ship from multiple warehouses located in Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, BC as well as California in the US. We do not operate a brick-and-mortar store, nor do we publish a catalog; our specialty is ecommerce! We sell to you directly from the manufacturer so you save big compared to local retail outlets that carry the extensive overhead costs associated with inventory, storage and facilities, etc.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase within the first 30 days after you receive your order, you can return it for a refund of your original purchase price, less a 25% Re-Stocking Fee on merchandise returned in its original packaging, 50% Re-Stocking Fee on merchandise returned without its original packaging, and return shipping costs. Credit will be issued after the product has been inspected by a Heras Home Furniture Technician (may take up to 5 business days).
