100% Yes! Heras Home Furniture is a proud Canadian company. Our Office is located in Vancouver, BC. Our prices are listed in Canadian dollars and all our stock and shipping locations are located in Canada.

Heras Home Furniture does not maintain a showroom. We operate exclusively online and pass our savings on to you! Our website is carefully designed to provide you with a shopping experience that rivals that of any showroom, allowing you to see nearly every item close-up and from every angle. We also present many of our pieces in beautifully decorated settings that are as informative as they are inspiring.

Listed prices do not include taxes. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your province of residence: Québec residents pay GST and QST Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland residents pay HST British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, PEI, Nunavut, Northwest Territories and Yukon residents pay GST.

Orders shipping within Canada are automatically charged sales tax. We do not collect sales tax to orders shipping to USA. Please contact us if your organization is tax exempt, or if you are a resale customer with a valid seller’s permit.

We sell only brand new furniture. The reason we can offer such great low prices is because we get them directly from the manufacturer. We also have great relationships with them and therefore got fantastic deals worked out.

Unfortunately, such samples are not available for our items.

here could be a number of reasons but here are two of the most common reasons: (a) Your ISP SPAM filters blocked our response from your Inbox. You will need to adjust these or check your "junk / spam" folder. This can be avoided in most cases by adding us ( to your approved sender list. (b) You haven’t allowed sufficient time to pass so we can provide you with a response to your question(s). Most emails are responded to within 24-48 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays).

There is actually a difference. The shipment date is the date when the item leaves the manufacturer or the warehouse and transit is initiated with the carrier of choice (UPS, FedEx, USPS, Freight...). The delivery date is the date when it arrives at the premises of the customer/purchaser.

You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information as soon as your item(s) leaves the warehouse. You can also track your package in "My Account".

Our prices are highly competitive, we have a wide selection, Our sales staff is second to none in this industry, and we can provide you with services others do not. Most of all, we understand value of our Customer and the purchase they make!

If another authorized dealership is lower, we want to know about it. We can do better! We also want you to know that internet sellers often have hidden charges that can cost you a lot. ! We are clear with our prices !

When you join our email list, you will become eligible for the discounts and promotions we offer periodically on select items. If your receive a promotion code from us via email, be sure to enter it during checkout in order to apply the discount that is being offered. Many promotional codes and coupons are limited to one per order.

Some of our furniture is assembled while some items will be quick and easy to assemble; which may vary from person to person, their skill and experience level. Heras Home Furniture is not responsible for any assembly problems. If you need assistance with assembly please contact the manufacturers directly. We try to make ordering with us as easy as possible. Orders can be placed online, by adding products to the shipping cart using the “add to cart” button. Then complete the checkout page and choose your payment method.

Any available images of the items will be provided within the listing.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase within the first 5 days after you receive your order, you can return it for a refund of your original purchase price, less a 15% Re-Stocking Fee on merchandise returned in its original packaging and return shipping costs. Credit will be issued after the product has been inspected by a Heras Home Furniture Technician (may take up to 5 business days). Please contact us via email to request a return. That's why all our products are fully guaranteed to be free of manufacturer's defects for 1 year and all mechanisms are covered by a LIFETIME WARRANTY. We also stock a full range or replacement parts for most pieces we sell.
